You must maintain a minimum balance of $2,500 each day in this account to earn interest.
ATM fees refunded for using an ATM outside of the Park National Bank network to cover the non-Park bank’s ATM fee and other provider ATM service charge up to $20 per statement cycle.
A statement cycle is approximately 30 days. The number of days can vary depending on the number of days in a month and if the statement end date falls on a weekend. You can determine your statement cycle by reviewing the beginning balance and ending balance dates on your statement.
Messaging and data rates may apply for account alerts. Check with your mobile phone carrier for details.
The monthly service charge is $15.00 if no discounts apply. Discounts apply to monthly service charge only.
You will not incur a monthly service charge if you maintain a monthly average available balance of $25,000 or more across all of the primary owner’s open deposit accounts with Park. You must be an owner on other deposit accounts, but you do not need to be the primary owner. Trust & Investments and loan relationships do not qualify. The monthly average available balance is calculated by adding the total available balance in all open accounts for the previous calendar month and dividing that amount by the number of days in the previous calendar month. Debit card transactions must post to your account during the statement cycle to be considered qualifying activity. The service charge is applied per statement cycle, and the specific amount of the service charge may vary from one statement cycle to another based on your account’s monthly activity and monthly average available balance. If you elect to receive paperless statements your monthly service charge will be reduced by $2.00. In the event your election changes, your service charge will be updated the statement cycle the change takes place. The monthly service charge will apply if this account becomes inactive or dormant, regardless of your monthly average available balance. Here’s how these terms are defined: A deposit account is inactive if there are no customer-initiated deposits or withdrawals (excluding electronic transactions) for a period of two years. Generally, a deposit account is considered dormant when there is no customer-initiated activity or contact for a period of three to five years. The specific period and activity are based on unclaimed property laws of the primary owner’s state of record.
